Doing business nowadays doesn’t always require physical stores or office or locations. There are many business ideas that you can do comfortably anywhere, just with your laptop, phone or tablets.

I only customize the tools and websites and I can sell them immediately.
I do it alone and it’s been almost three years now, I only need few clients and I make between $2k to $5k per month.
I started 2 and half years ago with only few hundred dollars to my name. I didn’t know and I still don’t how to code, how to use prompts, I have no special skills, no degrees and I only have a basic technical understanding.
This business model anyone can do and it’s available worldwide. The only real requirement is willingness to learn and a bit of money for the special service with these pre made tools I use.
I know people are doing it with Claude and Gemini, etc… but I don’t because it’s waste of time and money since these services take a lot of tokens/credits to build working tools.
Also, I don’t directly sell tools because people don’t want tools they want results. So there is no point in trying to sell them the new AI website or AI agent.
Sell the outcome not the features!

Because again, the business don’t care how you do it they just want results.

especially in industries where businesses have expensive problems to solve. Instead of building another generic consumer app, find a specific problem that companies already spend money on and build around it. Fintech is an interesting example. Companies like _able provide financial infrastructure that helps banks, fintechs and other businesses build and manage digital lending, credit and savings products without having to build the entire infrastructure themselves. I’d start narrow, validate the problem with real customers, then turn the solution into software that can scale. That seems much more sustainable to me than chasing whatever online business model is trending this year.
